Is a ninja. No, really. He's studied Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu (the name of the organisation that licences "official ninja schools" in the UK) since before birth (ok, since he was about 20), can smell blood at 100 feet (that one's a REAL CLAIM) and is an expert in every martial arts weapon, ever (so's that one).

He's an athletic 18 or so stones, and straps a knife to his bike (in case anyone steals it. He hasn't yet figured out that they would then have the knife, too).

He refuses to tell any of us where he trains, because it's a "secret school" (despite the Bujinkan listing openly where they teach), and the only instructor in the area (whom I know) has never heard of him.

This is particularly hilarious for me, as I'm a martial artist myself, and about the nearest he could get to a ninja is sumo wrestling.

syndicate this blog:

We got a call from Jim Twite of Brewster this morning that the Cumberland Farms near Route 28 and Bank Street, AND the Harwich Gas at 435 Route 28, Harwichport next to the 400 Club, are both selling regular for $2.29.

The price is $2.32 on Rte 6 in Wareham, at both Lukoil and with the hippies... who now have a bedsheet hanging up in their office with "There Goes The Neighborhood " written on it. I love those people.

7-11 in Wareham, $2.32.... same with Exxon at the Buzzards Bay rotary.... ya know, the rotary that used to have the tugboat.

$2.51 at the Citgo near the Christmas Tree Shop in Sagamore.... $2.65 at the Citgo on 28 South in Bourne.... $2.64 at the Citgo on 28A, Bourne/Falmouth line, with $2.89 diesel for all you mothertruckers.

Hip-Hop Rumors: Lil' Wayne and Nivea Are Back! Rihanna...

Shout out to Wendy and Charlamagne. (Look for the video below for where the rumor started.)

This is pretty funny man. LOL.

NAME THAT CELEBRITY!

On this rumor, I am going to let you all decide who this young man is talking about. I am going to give you all that you need. A letter and even pictures of the guy…who is his father? Here are the hints: his daddy isn't a rapper, but once had a link to Diddy. He's not singer either, but had a link to a certain R&B singer. He's not an actor by trade, but had acted quite a bit. Here is the letter.

Hey i just wanna make it known that my father is a good for nothing asshole yeah [CELEB'S NAME] .

Juvenile detention frightening

COLUMBIA, Miss. - The Columbia Training School - pleasant on the outside, austere on the inside - has been home to 37 of the most troubled young women in Mississippi.

If some of those girls and their advocates are to be believed, it also is a cruel and frightening place.

The school has been sued twice in the past four years. One suit brought by the U.S. Justice Department, which the state settled in 2005, claimed detainees were thrown naked in to cells and forced to eat their own vomit. The second one, brought by eight girls last year, said they were subjected to "horrendous physical and sexual abuse." Several of the detainees said they were shackled for 12 hours a day.

These are harsh and disturbing charges - and, in the end, they were among the reasons why state officials announced in February that they will close Columbia.

Determined to be svelte by summer?

If you want to lose weight and shape up before summer, there's still time, nutrition experts say.

By Easter, which is March 23, you could drop a few pounds and lose some of your belly fat, which means your pants and jeans would fit better.

By Memorial Day (May 26), you could lose 10 pounds and probably wear a bathing suit a size smaller than one you'd fit into now. And by the first day of summer, June 21, you could drop 15 pounds or more and wear shorts that are one to two sizes smaller than what you wear now.

To accomplish these goals, you'll need to cut calories by 400 to 500 a day, burn several hundred extra calories a day through an aerobic activity such as walking, and start strength training to tone muscle, according to Karen Miller-Kovach, chief scientific officer for Weight Watchers.

Vishneva's Varied Guises

A classical ballerina going out in a solo turn is a risky venture, a delicate balancing act. Diana Vishneva has done just that. The dancer, employed by both the Kirov Ballet and American Ballet Theatre, commissioned three new pieces for her "Beauty in Motion" program, which came to City Center last week after a run in Orange County a week earlier. All three avoided seeming like vanity pieces that were egregiously self-celebratory or self-exploitative, but they neglected to tell us something new about Ms. Vishneva or to extend her abilities in a meaningful way. As freestanding pieces of choreography, these three works were palatable but not outstanding.

Alexei Ratmansky's "Pierrot Lunaire" was an arid start to the program. It was performed to Schoenberg's 1912 speech/song-cycle of the same name, a self-indulgent musical choice by Mr.

Sure, sure, it's all been done before, but now I get to do it. Without further ado, here is my all-name team. 20 - Rod Smart - Who the Hell is Rod Smart you ask? Well he is none other than the fool who called himself "He Hate Me" and pretty much epitomized the debacle that was the XFL. 19. Elbert L. "Ickey" Woods - Running back his entire carreer for the Bengals. Hey, how many guys not named Humpty Hump have a dance named after them. The Ickey Shuffle remains high on the all time celebrations list. 18. "Chocolate Thunder" Darryl Dawkins - Perhaps more appropriate for wrestling or porn, but still has a nice ring to it. 17. "Pistol" Pete Maravich - LSU grad was a known practicioner of yoga, a part time ufologist, and could also play a little basketball. Died of a heart attack in 1988 at a young age.

Autism online: Video 'glossary' shows parents disorder's red flags

Stefanie Voss plays a computer game with her son Nicholas in Tallahassee, Fla., recently. At 14 months old, Nicholas didn't exhibit any of "the classic signs" of autism. At 17 months, however, he was diagnosed with the disorder. Nicholas is featured in a video "glossary" clip on the Autism Speaks Web site.

The House Is Looking for a Few Good Men and Women

Wounded servicemen and servicewomen could soon trade their dog tags for congressional ID cards.

A new program in the House of Representatives aims to hire dozens of service members wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan. They'll work for members of Congress, committees, leadership offices, and support services offices.
