Iron Mountain stand-off ends
Is it fair to judge people,to tell people like Mr.N. to grow up or put Christ in his life.Isn't that God's job to judge. Why don't we direct our thoughts and prayers to the young gentleman who got himself the this sad situation in the first place. To MR. They did what they had to and no one got hurt, but that also makes it seam like the lock down was unnecessary. Not only that but the school decided to give us all pizza. The distribution of which was as thus: most students got at least one. Some students had more, but doesn't it seem like a big expenditure that could be put to a better use. Not to mention that no one got hurt, yet all of the Iron Mountain High School students who had a first block vocational class were sent home (something we had all hoped for by the second hour in the same classroom).
UPDATE 1-Motorola eyes mobile chief with consumer know-how
Facing a plummeting share and pressure from activist investor Carl Icahn, Motorola said at the end of January it was looking at options such as a potential separation of mobile devices to help create value for shareholders. Brown said he was taking nothing for granted when asked about how Motorola will cope with moves by rivals such as global leader Nokia to make inroads into the North American market where Motorola is the leader. A Monmouth University/Gannett New Jersey poll released today showed Obama leading Clinton 57 percent to 24 percent among black voters, while Clinton held an identical 33-point lead among white voters, with 60 percent to 27 percent for Obama. Patrick Murray, director of the Monmouth University Polling Institute, estimated that one in five voters in Tuesday's Democratic primary will be black. Troy Tulowitzki isn't a shortstop. He's a pixie dust-speckled short story. Seventeen months ago he wore topsiders and jeans on his first big-league road trip. Eleven months ago he arrived at spring training without a starting job. But on Wednesday, about the same time a kid his age might be grabbing lunch on campus, Tulowitzki talked about his six-year, $31 million contract with the Rockies that includes a seventh-year club option in 2014 for $15 million. He looked like he had fallen off the cover of GQ, dressed in a black suit with a purple-tinted tie.
